It's exactly this need that the WM Gavalier model grew out of. We build project, methodological and expert support for organisations that want to grow their potential through international cooperation.
In sport, we start from the needs of sports clubs, coaches and young athletes. In culture, from the needs of cultural organisations, artistic ensembles, schools and the people who work within them.
Each of these areas has its own needs, its own way of working and its own path to international cooperation. WM Gavalier helps them build the support structure they often don't have the capacity to build themselves — from finding partners and suitable opportunities to project, methodological and expert support.

International cooperation can open new possibilities in different environments. We have chosen to develop two of them.
Not because they are the same.
Quite the opposite.
Each has its own people, its own language, its own needs and its own reason to cross borders. That is why every one of them has its own path with us.
SPORT
Sport opens doors. International cooperation broadens horizons.
Sports clubs live for training, competitions, working with young athletes and the day-to-day running of the club. That is why they often lack the time or capacity to build international partnerships alongside it, navigate European programs and prepare projects.
And yet opportunities exist. For athletes they can mean experience with another country, culture and peers. For coaches, an exchange of experience and new perspectives. For the club, partnerships that can continue far beyond the boundaries of a single project.
We help sports clubs build international partnerships and projects, which expand opportunities for clubs, coaches and young athletes. From the first conversation, through finding partners and preparing the project, to its implementation and further cooperation.
The result of the match stays in the table.

CULTURE
Creativity naturally crosses borders. We help it find the way.
Cultural organizations, artistic ensembles and schools have their own creative work, their own people, experience and often also ideas that could take on an international dimension. But even here, the path between an idea and its realization remains.
Find the person, ensemble, school or organization with whom a real connection can be created. Create the right format. Find the possibilities for realization. And give the whole cooperation a foundation, so it doesn't remain just a good idea.
We help find the right partners, work together to create the right format and turn a creative intention into achievable international cooperation.
Sometimes it results in a concert, a performance or an exhibition.

Or an idea that would never have arisen without this meeting.
And sometimes paths meet.
Sport and culture are two different worlds. And that is how we see them. Each has its own environment, its own people, its own needs and its own logic of cooperation.
Sometimes, however, an idea arises where it makes sense to cross the boundary between them for a moment. An athlete can get to know a country not only through the playing field. Music can connect people who, under different circumstances, would never have met. A story, an image, a movement or a shared experience can open a conversation between people from completely different backgrounds.
Not so that we would artificially connect two different worlds. But because some good ideas simply cross the boundaries between fields just as naturally as they cross the boundaries of countries.
